1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the browser-based tools, APIs, and AI systems provided by PDF Suite (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our associated Privacy Policy.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or corporate entity, you represent that you hold full legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions. If you do not possess such authority or disagree with any clauses, you are strictly prohibited from using our Services.

2. Description of Services

PDF Suite offers an online utility SaaS designed to modify, convert, rotate, compress, protect, unlock, and sign PDF documents. We also provide AI-powered chat and text extraction utilities driven by advanced AI models.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate features, tier pricing limits, or accessibility levels of any portion of the Services at any time without notice. We bear zero liability for any product downtime or data-session expirations.

3. Limits & Prohibited Use

You represent that you will use our Services in absolute compliance with municipal, state, and international law. You are strictly forbidden from:

  • Uploading any documents containing child exploitation, hate speech, national defense secrets, or malicious code designed to disrupt our server containers.
  • Utilizing automated crawlers, bots, or custom terminal scripts to overload our conversion endpoints, bypassing our standard billing/rate throttling.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer our underlying web assembly scripts or proprietary PDF structures.

Fair Use Upload Limits: Free users are capped at 50MB per file and a limit of 15 conversions per hour. Pro users have a cap of 250MB per file, and Enterprise users enjoy limits up to 1GB per session.

4. Intellectual Property & Document Ownership

Your Files, Your Property: We assert absolutely zero ownership claims over any documents, images, signatures, or textual queries you upload, process, or generate through our platform. All files remain your exclusive property.

PDF Suite Rights: All visual interfaces, custom styling codes, assets, logos, and server engines are the exclusive intellectual property of PDF Suite. You may not copy, re-skin, or redistribute our templates/assets without an active commercial license.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SECURITY, PERFORMANCE, OR DATA INTEGRITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL PDF SUITE, ITS CO-FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR APIS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising from document conversion errors, file security breaches, server data loss, or system downtime.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the unilateral right to terminate your account access, block your IP ranges, or disable your API keys if we detect any violations of these Terms or unauthorized billing activity.

You may close your registered account at any time. Upon termination, your credentials, sync logs, and active subscription parameters will be immediately and permanently scrubbed from our systems.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes relating to the Services shall be governed, parsed, and resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
