We minimize data footprint to maintain highest user-privacy standards. We collect information in the following scopes:

• Account Credentials: If you register for an optional free or paid account, we store your name, email, and hashed password credentials to sync your conversion history and manage billing.
• Transaction Details: For Pro and Enterprise paid accounts, we collect billing details and subscription tokenized logs via our payment gateway. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Technical System Logs: When you execute our tools, we collect standard temporary HTTP headers, generic device type, operating system name, and browser client strings.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected information to run our products, optimize page load speeds, process payment invoices, and deliver priority support.

Important: We do NOT use, read, train models with, or sell any content from your uploaded PDF documents. Your files are processed entirely as transient in-memory buffers to execute your requested converter tool and are never retained.

4. File Security & Purging

We maintain an offline-equivalent digital sandbox. To keep files safe:

• End-to-End Encryption: All files are encrypted during transit using standard High-grade 256-bit SSL/TLS tunnels.
• 2-Hour Purge Window: Once you convert, sign, watermark, or compress a file, we hold the resulting output on our secure, encrypted servers for exactly 2 hours so you have time to download or share it. After 2 hours, our automated server crons execute an irreversible, military-grade overwrite and deletion.
• No Human Access: The entire process is fully programmatic. No engineers or administrators can access or inspect file content during processing.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use functional session cookies to store your UI preferences (like monthly/yearly billing switches, theme presets, or tool search queries) and anonymized product tracking (like Google Analytics) to monitor server loads.

You can configure your browser to disable all cookie tracking; however, some elements of our custom dashboards may lose preference states.

6. Your Rights & Access

Under modern privacy guidelines (such as GDPR and CCPA), you hold the right to inspect, edit, or request complete deletion of any personal account data we hold about you.
