License Summary
1. License Scope
Welcome to the PDF Suite License Summary. All files, templates, components, and code bundles compiled or distributed under PDF Suite are covered under specific commercial or community licenses.
By accessing, downloading, or integrating our design theme packages, browser conversion scripts, or PDF processing modules, you agree to comply with the terms of our active Licensing Agreement.
2. Permitted Use
Under our standard Personal and Professional plans, users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize PDF Suite's web interface for:
- Individual Utility: Converting, editing, signing, and managing personal and commercial documents directly through our public portal.
- Internal Team Workflow: Standard collaboration among licensed team members to annotate, organize, and compile document records for internal business operations.
- Design Theme Implementation: Incorporating our UI components or front-end dashboard structure into custom client designs when purchased as part of an official Developer Seat.
3. Restrictions
To maintain the integrity of our platform and protect our intellectual property, you are strictly prohibited from:
- Redistribution: Selling, sub-licensing, redistributing, or renting out our web-assembly engines, source files, or compiled JS bundles.
- SaaS Re-selling: Packaging PDF Suite tools, UI structures, or back-end document API endpoints to build a competing white-label PDF service.
- Automated Crawling: Running continuous server-side scraper processes or automation loops against our production nodes without an Enterprise API license.
4. Commercial Terms
Our Pro and Enterprise licenses are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) and are automatically renewed unless cancelled in advance.
Multi-Seat Accounts: Each team member utilizing our platform within your company must hold their own designated license seat. Sharing credentials across multiple employees is a direct violation of our standard enterprise commercial license.
5. Attribution & Credits
PDF Suite utilizes high-performance open-source libraries (such as pdf-lib and various WebAssembly compilers) to execute client-side calculations securely.
All associated third-party open-source attributions, copyright markings, and licenses are preserved intact in our developer bundles. We thank the open-source community for enabling modern web standards.
6. Termination
Any violation of these license parameters will result in immediate, unilateral termination of your active subscription and revoke all rights to utilize our front-end interfaces, custom APIs, or design assets.
Upon licensing termination, you must purge any downloaded source files or local copies of our developer tools from your local workstations and private repositories.
7. Support & Audits
We reserve the right to audit license usage logs to ensure compliance with seat allocations. For license transfers, commercial white-label negotiations, or developer seat modifications, please contact our licensing department:
